I'm completely obssed with healthy food and lifestyle. I love buying organic food and natural juices. I like to know what I'm eating or drinking, so always when I'm in supermarket I look after shelves with healthy food from ecological farms. I always read how much nutritional values has this food and how much calories it has. Very important for my if my food is not genetically modified. I try to bay not conserved food without any pigment or flavor enhancer.
I love eating and I have a lot of my favourite dishes, but the best for me are smoothies and natural ice-creams with fruits or berries. I'm not vegetarian and I love seafood, for example: shrimps, octopus, calamares or mules. I really like feta (cheese from Greece) with olives or oil from olives. One of my favourite dishes is fried banana with honey, it's Chinese delicacy. It's very sweet and a little bit fat, but I love that !
I don't like our traditional polish food, I know that it's a little bit strange, but our nasional food is very fat and unhealthy. I prefere dietetic food with a lot of fish and vegetables.
